These terms are effective 2026-08-25 and govern your use of vindexai.io — the pages describing VindexAI solutions, products, and methods, the Move the Needle book pages, and the Request a Quote flow. They do not cover a separate signed agreement, statement of work, or contract you enter into with VindexAI directly; those terms control if there is ever a conflict.
What this site is
vindexai.io is an informational and lead-generation site. It describes what VindexAI builds and how we work, and it gives you a way to ask us about your situation through the Request a Quote form. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, quote, or contract. A quote request is a request for a conversation, not a purchase, and no fees are charged or payments processed through this site.
Acceptable use
Use the site the way it is built to be used.
What not to do
Use the site the way it is built to be used. Do not do any of the following.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it
- Scrape or harvest data from the site at a scale or in a manner that degrades it for other visitors
- Submit false, fraudulent, or malicious information through the Request a Quote form
- Use the site to violate any applicable law
Intellectual property
The VindexAI name, logo, and site content are owned by VINDEXAI HOLDINGS LLC or licensed to it. You may view and share pages of this site for your own reference. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The book
Move the Needle, where referenced on this site, is a separately published work; its own copyright and licensing terms apply to the book itself.

No warranty, and no advisory relationship.

This site and its content are provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly current at every moment.

Descriptions of solutions, products, and methods are informational. They are not professional, technical, or legal advice, and no advisory relationship is formed by reading them.
Links and third parties
As currently built, this site does not link out to third-party services, load third-party scripts, or embed third-party content. Its Content-Security-Policy header sets default-src 'self', and the only cross-origin connection it permits is to the VindexAI lead service that receives quote submissions. If that ever changes — an embedded video, a payment processor — this section will be revisited before the change ships.
