What the map does
A fixed rule table, not a sales screen.
The diagnostic asks for one pain area and nine bounded answers, then maps them onto a seven-node operating path — market, qualified lead, follow-up, quote, customer handoff, execution, repeat business. The mapping is rule-based and versioned: the same answers always produce the same map, the reason codes and rule version are shown with the result so it can be checked, and nothing about the result depends on who is asking.
Lead generation is a real constraint
Not enough qualified leads is a first-class answer, not a symptom to be talked out of. When demand is the constraint, the map says so and points at the intake workflow — VindexAI builds the owned lane from attention to a qualified lead; it is not a marketing agency and does not sell traffic.
Six constraint families
Demand, qualification, conversion, handoff, delivery, and retention each pinch the operating path at a different node. The rule table scores your pain area, desired outcome, and cost answers against all six and names the one that binds first.
One workflow first
Every family maps to a single workflow to fix first — intake, qualification, follow-up and quoting, the customer handoff, execution scheduling, or repeat follow-through. Fixing the binding workflow creates capacity; fixing anything else rearranges it.
The reasoning is shown
The result carries its family scores, reason codes, and the version codes of the question set, rule table, and templates that produced it — enough to disagree with the map and choose a different door instead.
Why the rules are fixed
The mapping runs entirely in this browser from a versioned rule table. No account is required, no open text is collected, and a changed rule changes the version codes shown above the result.
If the map does not fit
The map is a starting point, not a verdict. Every solution route stays open from the navigation, and a structured quote request is always available directly.
What happens when you send
One completed map, one record.
The gate above asks for a first name and an email address only after the answers are complete, and the result is never held back while the recording happens. The recorded lead carries the ten answers, your contact information, and any campaign tags from the link that brought you here.
The result is never gated
The map is computed and shown from the answers alone. If the recording fails, the map stays on screen and says truthfully that it was not recorded.
What the record contains
The recorded lead carries the ten fixed answers, the result codes, the version strings that produced them, your first name and email, and (if you arrived via a campaign link) the utm attribution tags from that link. There is no open comment box anywhere in this diagnostic.
A reference means recorded
The page shows a confirmed reference only after the VindexAI lead service has accepted the completed map and returned one — never before, and retrying the same answers can never create a second record.
The follow-up series is separate
The unticked box below the email field is its own choice. Ticking it asks for a confirmation email first — it never subscribes you by itself, and the map and its recording work exactly the same without it.
